Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

i) The consumer has the right, for any reason, even unnecessarily, to withdraw from the purchase and within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to request the return of the product he bought and its replacement or the refund of the money he paid. The condition is that the product and its packaging have not been damaged. Return costs are not covered by zeimpekis.com  but they are borne by the consumer.

The consumer has already been informed of his right since during the purchase process he stated that he was aware of and agreed to these Terms of Use.

zeimpekis.com as soon as it receives, within the above deadline, to the email info@zeimpekis.com the request to replace the product or refund the money paid by the consumer (request which must be completed in the WITHDRAWAL FORM which will be duly attached to the email signed) then it will process the request and notify him accordingly.

In the case of a refund, the consumer will have to provide the details of a bank account, while it usually takes 7 working days to complete the credit registration.

ii) Proof of payment
For any product for which a replacement or refund is requested, the consumer must include the proof of purchase with the shipment

iii) Products Condition & Return Packaging
The consumer is responsible for the condition and packaging of the returned product. Namely:
– The product must be in its original condition, undamaged and not worn or used.
– Also, it must be in its original packaging (case, etc.) together with the protectors and tags, if there were any. The packaging should ensure the proper transport of the product (special envelope for fragile items with aeroplastic and FRAGILE marking).

iv) Return address
The return of the products should be made to the address of our store indicated on the purchase receipt.

v) Conditions for returning products
In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, zeimpekis.com entitled either
(a) consider that the right of return was not exercised in time, and therefore not accept the return, or
(b) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact or their packaging is damaged) to accept the return and at the same time claim compensation from the consumer for the value of the defects of the returned product.

Return of Defective Products
The Customer is obliged to immediately check the products received. In the event that a product arrives at him with a defect, he has the obligation to inform us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) in one of the following ways:

Defective products are replaced free of charge.
